I really enjoy eating this oatmeal for breakfast!  The banana flavor is my favorite!  I have to admit that I frequently add 'a little something' to my oatmeal, so the flavor is not exactly as it would be straight from the package.  I like my oatmeal really creamy, so I usually add a little fat free half 'n' half (Land O' Lakes brand) or Fat Free/ Sugar Free International Delight French Vanilla coffee creamer... and some mornings if I'm in the mood for something sweeter, I add a packet of artificial sweetener.  I don't know if "Weight Control" is exactly an accurate name for this product, but I do feel it helps to fill me up, so that I don't get hungry so soon after breakfast, and I don't usually need anything else for breakfast but this (except for my coffee, of course!).  I really like that there's a good amount of protein and fiber in this product, and with individual packets, you've got built-in portion control!

Sounds good to me! I haven't had oatmeal in ages and I know it's very good for me. Now I have a craving for some!

I too prefer mine a little creamier than normal, I however add a bit of plain powdered coffee creamer. Welcome to Viewpoints! ;) Ron
