Quaker Old Fashioned Quaker Oats —

How can you go wrong with the wholesome goodness of Quaker?  It's classically delicious, dependable in it's quality, and so good for you.  When I was pregnant, my doctor insisted that I stop eating instant oatmeal, and switch to Old Fashioned oats.  Of course I turned to the Quaker.

One wonderful way I've found to eat Quaker Oatmeal is to add in diced apples while it's cooking, and some cinnamon.  So comforting and delicious, and much better than instant.  Even my little one-year-old loves it this way!

It also bakes beautifully into Oatmeal Cookies - make sure to cream your wet ingredients first!

She said that the way the fiber is digested has more benefits.
I was pregant, and was (and still am, ha!) fat. LOL

She was kinda a hippy, crunch, annoying pain-in-my-crack.
Gotta love her.

Why did your doctor ask you to switch from instant?
