Quaker Old Fashioned Quaker Oats — 

I love starting my day out with a fresh bowl of oatmeal.  The instant oatmeal varieties are convenient, but when I have time, I love to make my own from this can of oats.  The oats are fresh and healthy and make the perfect bowl of flavorful oatmeal.  This mix is 100% whole oats and cooks up in just five minutes.  This hot cereal is easy to make on the stovetop, and comes out great in the microwave.  I love to eat the cereal plain, but it is even better when topped with fruit or mixed with some sweet maple syrup.  I also use these oats to make oatmeal cookies and they are great in savory dishes.  They add so much flavor to my veggie burgers and are great to use in so many recipes.  The oats are plain, but they are the perfect starter to any meal.  Each serving is only 150 calories and is a great way to get a great meal with only 3 grams of fat.
