I was not always such a big oatmeal fan so long ago. Now, it is one of my top picks for cold mornings or a quick filling breakfast. I absolutely enjoy Quaker High Fiber Oatmeal in the maple and brown sugar variety. Initially, for some crazy reason, I thought it would have a maple syrup kind of taste. Funny, it didn't though. For me, it was more of an essence or an under tone of maple. There was plenty of flavor present though. That may sound a little strange because of the previous sentences though. The other flavors - mainly, the brown sugar and what I had perceived to be cinnamon was much more pronounced. Although it is fiber fortified, it doesn't have that awful Metamucil kind of taste. The added fiber adds an extra element of fullness and being satiated for quite some time after ingestion. Quaker High Fiber Instant Oatmeal: Maple & Brown Sugar is just the thing to help me stay fuller and more focused throughout the day.

I am a college student and I love to sleep in as much as possible so I need a quick fix for breakfast before I have to go to class. It is so easy to use! First I empty the packet into a bowl and add the desired amount of water I want and then I put the bowl in the microwave for two minutes. When it is done I personally like to add about a spoonful of brown sugar because I cannot really taste it from the package alone. It is usually pretty hot when it first comes out of the microwave so I like to wait about five to ten minutes before I eat the oatmeal so I do not burn my mouth. It is a great healthy and quick breakfast option for anyone not just college students. My mom is on weight watchers and loves this quick and easy breakfast option because it is a healthy option that fills her up. I would most definitely recommend Quaker's High Fiber Instant Oatmeal:Maple and Brown Sugar to anyone!

I LOVE the Quaker High Fiber Maple and Brown Sugar oatmeal when I want to have my favorite oatmeal with toast and fruit for breakfast. I get extra fiber along with all of my vitamins and nutrients, and Quaker just KNOWS oatmeal! You cannot go wrong with them, and maple and brown sugar is probably the best flavor there is because it's almost like eating pancakes all mashed up! To me, anyway. Absolutely delicious, good any time of the year, and well worth getting even if it's just for one week of breakfasts!

I love oatmeal and I love the Quaker High Fiber Instant Oatmeal Maple & Brown Sugar the most.The texture is the best because it can be either very soft or very hard depending on how long you cook it for. I like it a little more crunchy, so this is perfect. The maple & brown sugar flavor is sweet but not too sweet. It tastes exactly like maple & brown sugar. I recommend this very much!

Quaker makes really good oatmeal. It is loaded with flavor. I really like their High Fiber Maple and Brown Sugar variety. It is really healthy and that's a plus. It gives me fiber in a tasty way. I do not like a lot of bran products so sometimes it is hard for me to get the right amount of fiber in my diet. Quaker's high Fiber really helps me do that. It has a great taste-it is not too sweet, but not bland. It tastes just right.

I am not much of a breakfast person, but I do love oatmeal in the mornings, especially when it has added benefits like extra fiber.  I tried **Quaker High Fiber Instant Oatmeal: Maple & Brown Sugar** because it has 10 grams of fiber and is supposed to taste as good as the original.  My first spoonful was thick and creamy and had so much flavor.  I was surprised with the extra fiber it didn't taste pastey or bland.  The oatmeal has a lot of sweet maple flavor that is the perfect breakfast treat.  This is easy to make with a half of cup of water and it cooks up in the microwave in two minutes.  Each packet is 160 calories, low in fat and tastes great.  This gives you the benefits of fiber and a great tasting meal that is filling and comforting on a cold morning.

This is my fav flavor of oatmeal and when I saw the high fiber,I need more fiber in my diet and it was my fav flavor so I had to try it.As like the other reviewers said it is very good tasting and adds fiber in your diet.I gave it 4 stars ,because after eating my first box .The second one the fiber wasn't working so good anymore.I am not sure if my body was rejecting the fiber after awhile but I now only eat it seldom and it seems to work fine as long as I am not eating it daily.Otherwise great and I will continue to buy this fiber oatmeal.

I am always looking for fiber. I eat TWO packets in a bowl every day and it has changed everything! Do you know that when you take fiber "pill's" that you swallow 4 large pills and only get 4 grams of fiber? We're talking 20 grams in one bowl and it does not taste like straw like most high fiber foods. 

I will never stop buying this oatmeal and I tell all of my friends, especially pregnant women who need help with fiber.

I am an oatmeal lover. I will eat and therefore enjoy the flavor of **Quaker Instant Oatmeal HIGH FIBER Maple & Brown Sugar**, almost daily.

I enjoy it even more knowing that per the advertisement this product is:

a good source of fiber (10g per/packet)

a good source of calcium (10% per/packet)

a good source of iron (20% per/packet)

a good source of six essential vitamins and minerals

This box has eight 1.58 ounce packets of oatmeal that can be made with water or milk. Per packet you will eat 7g of sugar, 260 mg of sodium, total fat is 2g and 160 calories. Not Bad......

Also, it is said to help reduce cholesterol, and it really does taste very good. Definitely a 5-Star Cereal.

Quaker Instant Oatmeal is very good.  I buy the maple brown sugar. I love the oatmeal and maple taste.  It is very easy to fix and makes for a healthy, quick breakfast.  I also have made cookies using this product that turned out great.  My kids love this oatmeal.
