Pyrex 9x13 Baking Dish With Cover Review

The Pyrex 9x13 baking dish is a good piece of bakeware at a great price. It is a glass baking dish, and it comes with a cover/lid that fits right over the top of it and stays securely in place. The glass is non porous, and it is dishwasher safe. It is very helpful to be able to see what you are baking while its baking, thats one reason why I like using glass so much. One downside is that it does tend to get a little heavy, especially if you are cooking anything substantial. The handles are glass as well, so they can sometimes get a little too hot. The 9x13 size is a good size because you can use that size to makes lots of things, from baking a cake to making any kind of casserole you can think of. Its fairly big but its not too huge and its definitely not too small. Another downside is that sometimes its hard to get all the stuck on food off, but if you let it soak and then put it in the dishwasher its fine.
