These Pyrex Measuring cups last years, if not lifetimes! I have one in my kitchen cabinet that's literally been in my family for about 4 generations now and is still standing and going strong anddd is still in mint condition- which is kinda crazy since it's used just about everyday. If that isn't a testament to their products quality and durability, I don't know what is.

The two quart size works great to measure things like batter. The handle and pouring spout makes pouring so much easier. The red marking on the bowl are similar to the infamous one cup measuring cups that have been around for years. The only reason I did not give this piece of Pyrex a ten is the handles on these bowls makes it impossible to stack the bowls together and they take up more space. Ease of Cleaning Dishwasher safe makes this a ideal tool in my kitchen. I put the bowl in the microwave and the lid that comes with it can be placed on the top shelf of the dishwasher with no problem. Durability I would have give it a ten for durability but the red lines have faded and the bowl looks somewhat cloudy. The other measuring bowls have not done this so I am not sure why it happened on this one. Design The only time that I have used the lids on these is when I have some type of batter that I am storing in the fridge. The lid fits great and should you need to take it with you would be great for no spills.

The pyrex two quart glass measuring bowl is a great tool for any kitchen. This easy to read measuring cup has clear labeled in a bold red print. The print is easy to read from a far distance. The pyrex two quart glass bowl is easy to store most kitchen cabinet. It does not take up a lot of space. Ease of Cleaning The pryex two quart glass bowl is very easy to clean; it can be easily sanitized by hot water or dish soap. It is also dishwasher safe on the top rack. The glass does not have any issues with remnants; I have never had any issues with cleanliness of this product. Durability The pryex two quart glass bowl is very durable. It is constructed out of durable glass and it is built to last. I have had my pyrex two quart glass bowls for many years and use it frequently. I have had no issues, and i have not had to replace it. Design Based on it's easy readability and durability, i would say that this is a well designed product.

Love this bowl, I like the bowl because i can see what i am mixing and to make sure i have mixed everything in the bowl and it's easy to handle with the handle on the bowl. Ease of Cleaning Cleans very easy Durability Holds up well Design Easy to handle and clean, i always have a good grip on the bowl with the handle.

Back in the days when I used to compete in doing food preparation demonstrations, I had to have a complete collection of clear glass bowls for audience easy viewing of what I was doing in the bowls. One of the bowls that I got was the Pyrex 2 quart glass measuring bowls. Being 2 quart in size, these bowls became indispensable to my demonstrations as well as in my kitchen many years later. The nice part about these is that you can use them to mix in, measure with, and you can also take boiling water and put them in it, and use them in the microwave too. Ease of Cleaning These are a snap to clean. They are dishwasher safe and can be easily hand washed as well. I often end up hand washing since I need to use these so often, I can not afford to wait for the dishwasher load to be full! Durability I have several of these from a few years old to many years old, and they are all still going strong. No problems, no cracking or malfunctions at all Design I absolutely love these bowls. Having the measurements right there make it easy to use while doing harvest preserving, high quantity cooking, or even for measuring larger amounts of liquids for making juices, jams, or jellies. I also like to use them to measure when making large quantities of soups too.

I have found a kitchen item that I can't cook without. I'm referrng to the Pyrex 2 quart measuring bowl.  It is not easy to find using that description but I don't know what else to call it.  I refer to it as my Praline making bowl. This glass bowl has measuring marks the same as the smaller Pyrex measuring cups but it also has a glass, easy to grasp handle and a pouring spout.  These features make it very easy to use.  No matter if you are measuring water for soup or boiling water in the microwave, you can measure with it, cook in it, and serve from it. It is kind of a "Jack of all trades" type of utensil. I have several of these bowls in my kitchen and I use them for so many things.  If you are a jelly or jam maker, these bowls will make your day. It is so easy to measure large quantities of sugar and easy to pour it into the pot. I, personally, use one of these bowls particularly for making my own secret recipe of Microwave Pralines.  I have tried other types of bowls and microwveable dishes to make this candy but they all fail.  The Pyrex measuring bowls hold up to the high heat of the microwave and the long period of time the pralines have to cook. Once done, the handle makes spooning out the hot pralines so much easier and safer.
