I had bought some combination vitamin E and C for my girlfriend after doing a bit of research for her.  I noticed for the second Christmas in a row, I had gotten a very bad cold on our trip to Vegas.  the last trip the cold lasted forever.  I took Airborne and it didn't help at all.  this time, I decided to try taking her Vitamin C/E combo, and the cold got better immediately.  I have been taking it ever since and have not had one cold.
