Puritan's Pride Water Pill Extra Strength is a fair product.  Sometimes it works well and other times it works just okay.  In other words, sometimes I notice I am losing weight, then other times I don't feel like I am.  This water pill by Puritan's Pride has Potassium in it, which is good for helping your body retain less water.  I really like the ingredients in this product because it has "Buchu Extract, Uva Ursi Extract, Juniper and Parsley", which is good for you.  It has other ingredients as well, which makes this product a good one to use.  I have lost; I'd say approximately, 10 Pounds when I use it.  Any weight lost is always a plus, unless of course you overdo it.   I also like the fact that this water pill is "extra strength" because you don't have to take as many of them.  My container holds (50 TABLETS) and it comes in a cute dark green container with a dark green top.  This product can be expensive, but it's a fair price if you buy it from Puritan's Pride.  It's a really good deal if you have a coupon or if you're lucky enough to catch their "buy one, get one or two free" sales.  I only give this product "3 STARS" for the reasons I stated above, but I'd have to give this product a "6" if I were to rate it on a scale of "1-10".  This was a great Christmas gift for me because I wanted to lose weight around the holidays and it worked well sometimes.
