Puritan's Pride is an online retailer selling all of your vitamin and supplement needs. They also sell a variety of generic over-the-counter medicines, such as pain relievers and allergy medicine.
Puritan's Pride has very good prices on a number of their items, and they offer buy 1, get 2 free and buy 2, get 3 free. They don't have the best prices on everything, though. I take a multivitamin, fish oil pills, cinnamon, and vitamin D. I buy the cinnamon and the vitamin D from Puritan's Pride, but I have found better prices locally on the multivitamins and the fish oil.
Generally, I have found their customer service to be good, although it took them nearly a week to ship my last order. I never got an explanation for that (I never asked for one, either), but they did throw in a free vitamin caddy with my order. Although it was a small gesture, I appreciated it and took it as a sign that they value my business.
Puritan's Pride has a rewards program called Life Rewards. You get 1 point for every dollar spent, and the rewards, including $5 off coupons, start at 50 points.
Overall, I like Puritan's Pride. Just make sure that you compare prices first to see if you can better deal locally.
Update (02/10/09)- I placed an order with Puritan's Pride last week, and the Life Rewards program seems to have been discontinued. I don't know what happened, but it's not there anymore.
