I started using Omega 3 about 4 years ago and love the result. Let me start by saying that Puritan's pride has great quality products and fantastic prices. I buy in bulk and the price is always right. I use Omega 3 for several things. My tryglizerides and for brain food. It goes down easy and leaves no fishy taste. I also give them to my teenage son to help with his adhd. They work great. He still uses his adhd meds but we are able to cut back more and more on them. He takes 2000mg each day as do i and we have both seen major improvements in our overall health. He finds that he can concentrate better and if it makes sense he thinks easier (cant explain it any better then that) My trieglizeides have dopped big time. My mom has the same problem and take the presciption version of omega 3. Omega 3 has a lot of different applications and you will have to do you own research. I just know it works great for us.

**Omega 3 Fish Oil is very good for preventing inflammation.  I take these everyday for my heart, and the CRP level in the blood to prevent heart attacks.  I have an inflammatory autoimmune disease and feel it is important to take this type of product.  This one is excellent, with no aftertaste.  The pills are large but easy to swallow.  Fish is great to eat as well, but this is just an added bonus! I have been using Puirtan Pride supplements for years now and am a satisfied customer. Puritan Pride's Omega 3 Fish Oil softgels leave very little if any fishy after taste. Fish oil is good for a number of health related issues. It thins the blood thus keeping the blood moving and the heart healthy. It is good for joint stiffness and pain. It's almost like it oils the joints. That's how it feels to me at least. I have been taking Puritan Pride's Omega 3 Fish Oil for many years now and like the results. One down side is that if you are about to have an operation it is good to discontinue use of fish oil for a week or so before the operation. This will thicken the blood and allow it to clot properly after the operation.
