Pure Ice Nail Polish is my favorite cheap nail polish brand! I have about 25 of their colors and I love playing around with it. My favorite color out of all of them has to be Siren #603! It is a fire engine red nail polish and it makes your nails pop! It looks great against a black outfit, a colorful outfit, or just about everything! My only suggestion is to make sure you do a clear top coat to protect this lovely color! At 99 cents, it's impossible to get a better red nail polish.
