Based on the positive reviews in the press and on Viewpoints I bought a Flip Video Camera this weekend at Best Buy.  I purchased the newer model that is smaller and rechargeable. I recently purchased the Flip Video Mino. It's the newest in the line of Flip Video Camcorders. I have to say that I am totally impressed! This thing is so small, and easy to use, it's unreal! The video quality is great as well! I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves to capture digital video at the drop of a hat. I take more video than i ever did with this, just because it's so compact and easy to use. It has built in software to let you edit your videos, and add cool effects too. Great little simple camera.  I've had it about a month and still on the original set of batteries (2 AAs).  Easy to use, easy to view, and easy to transfer to the computer.  Great price from Amazon.  One button to record, one button to playback, and one button to delete.  The USB port "flips" out the side, plugs into the computer, and the software installs automagically.  It comes with a cord to connect directly to a TV, but I have not tried it yet.  So far, everything else has been great, so I expect the same when I do get a chance to connect to a TV… read full review »

I Love the flip Camera!!!!  My Mother got it for me for my B-day and it is so easy to use.  I cna take videos of my son and that same day My husband, who is in Iraq, can see the videos through e-mail!  you just turn it on and record.  THe quality is excellent as well, for such a small camcorder I thought the picture wouldn't be that great, but I was wrong.  ANd who could beat the price as well!!!  I recomend this to anyone who wants to save money but wants to cheroius all the little moments for… read full review »

The FLIP Ulta video is awesome!  I bought a set to use in my library and for technology club . There are so many other uses.  They are so easy to use , just point and shoot.
