Promises In Death Reviews

Nora Roberts writing under the Psuedonym of J.D. Robb has turned out yet another in her infamous "In Death" Series, "Promises in Death". In this book obviosuly death plays a major role with Robb's main character, Lt. Eve Dallas, being assigned the grizzly task of finding out who did it.  This time the primary decedant was a fellow Police Officer and a woman.

Those 2 facts make it personal. Lt. Dallas sets her sights in 2 directions and follows her gut.

She must hunt down a viciois killer, a cop killer before they can strike again and yet at the same time help hold a Bachlorette party for one...

             I am a book a day reader and that means I have read about many characters but I really enjoy reading about Lt.Eve Dallas and her husband Rourke!"They are a very SEXY couple!!" There is a whole series about them and there comrades set slightly in the future but very believable. The dynamics of all the characters are great and you will want to read the series in order just to find out what will happen next.I hate that i'll have to wait for the next J.D. Robb book. These I believe would be considered Mysteries because Eve is always working A case with the help of her friends.So...
