Promise Activ Super Shots —
The SuperShots come in three delicious flavors, strawberry, raspberry and peach. They come in a convenient four pack for about $3.99. You can get them at Walmart, Kroger's, or about any other grocery store. I have taken the strawberry flavor and added frozen strawberries and ice to a bottle of it to make a smoothie. Yummy! I am going to try it with peach next. Although peach is not one of my favorite, I thought if I added the peaches to it and made a smoothie out of it, it would be easier to drink. It's recommended that you drink them at least twice a day after eating. I have read a lot of reviews and most doctors say you still should exercise and watch what you eat to help lower you cholesterol.
