Comments about Prolab Nutrition Prolab Creatine Monohydrate Powder 2.47 lbs. (Prolab ):

Creatine is creatine and this is the cheapest form that you can buy it in. There are so many expensive, flavored creatine products sold in supplement shops and they all do the same thing that this does. All you really need is creatine monohydrate and I recommend the ones with the CreaPure logo on them. This is unflavored creatine monohydrate and is inexpensive compared to other products. I've used the Optimum Nutrition creatine monohydrate as well and I've seen the same results from each product. I've seen an increase in strength and size as well but make sure you are careful. Always stay hydrated and drink plenty of water to avoid kidney problems. Many people recommend taking it with juice or some kind of sugars but I keep it simple and make sure to take one teaspoon a day. I also don't do the loading cycles as well because I've seen results without it. I recommend this creatine.

Its just like any other creatine monohydrate

Comments about Prolab Nutrition Prolab Creatine Monohydrate Powder 2.47 lbs. (Prolab ):

For me creatine is creatine. The only thing I check for is the creapure logo and a respectable company such as Prolab had no problem in getting it. One thing I liked about this product was that it was very cheap. Furthermore, it did exactly what it was intended to do. I noticed weight gain along with strength gain. One thing that I hated about this product was the bloating it caused. Although it is just the nature of creatine monohydrate to cause bloating, you may want to look for another product (such as creatine ethyl ester) if bloating should be a big problem for you. This product mixes very well with water or a protein shake. It is unflavored and it does have a gritty texture when drinking.  I always drink tons of water with this product as drinking not enough water will cause dehydration (and kidney stones in the long run) which will be counter productive to what this product was meant to do.
