Project Runway Review

Supermodel Heidi Klum hosts Bravo's "Project Runway". T

his reality show puts designers into a house and places them in clothing challenges. It's fun to see how they create a concept from scratch, run to the fabric store with $200, sew their own creations, give the hair and makeup input to the stylists and admire their garments on the runway. To them, fashion is art. Now, I'm not the snazziest dresser, but I can appreciate and love the designs. The challenges are exciting to see where the draw inspiration - one that stands out was they had to choose a style icon and create an outfit to match - some were horrible (Cher) and some very right on (Jackie O)

My favorite? Jefferey Sebelia - owner of Cosa Nostra. He was the winner of Season 3. His creations were fashion forward, original - but still resembling his style. I've checked and his Web site and can afford absolutely nothing on it - but it's still fun to look at.

Bravo often airs reruns of all the seasons to date.
