Absolutely addicting but a bit fattening!

I am addicted to Progresso Potato, Broccoli and Cheese Chowder - even though it's become increasingly hard to find!  So when I saw it at Meyer the other day, I bought a whole 2 cans... wish I would have bought more!  It's probably good for my health that I didn't buy more because the one thing wrong with this soup is that it is quite fattening. 

The Potato Broccoli and Cheese Chowder taste different than any broccoli cheese soup I've gotten at a restaurant.  It's a very thick and creamy soup with large chunks of potatos and broccoli.  The cheese is there, but it's kind of mixed in so I can't...
