I have always been a fan of cream of mushroom soup. I would always buy the Campbells brand, but it didn't have nearly enough mushrooms, so I would buy a can of mushrooms to add.
I was at the grocery store recently and noticed a sale of Progresso soup. I decided to grab a few cans to have on hand for quick and easy meals. I saw they had a cream of mushroom soup. It claimed to have big chunks of portabello mushrooms, and a few other varietys. I was pretty skeptical.
It was awesome! It really did live up to the claim. The flavor is really good, and I couldn't believe how chocked full it was of mushrooms. There are a ton!
I would highly recommend this soup, and it is totally worth the price because I don't have to buy an extra can of mushrooms to add to it.
