Progressive Reviews

We have had Progressive Insurance for about 7 years or so.  I have always just paid monthly since coming up with a big chunk is difficult for us.  We were up for renewal once again in February and I received the normal renewal withdrawal amount notice...everything looks the same.

All I have to say is that the service that i received from Progressive was just incredible. I had been a long time customer of Nationwide, for over 15 years; never had any major problems. I did have my speeding ticket here and there, but never a major accident or anything like that. After fifteen years of being with them, I thought I was paying a little bit too much for my premium. So I called to see what they could do for me. They told me they couldn't do anything. They gave me a good explanation and I went on my way without thinking about it anymore.

I have used other insurance companies such as allstate and I have found that none of them can compare to progressive. progressive makes a claim on their commercials and they actually live up to their word. They don't leave you hanging waiting days for a response.

when my husband had an accident after normal business hours we were able to pull out our card and call the 800 number on the back and speak to a live agent not a computer and actually got a live person out the accident scene. No other companies offer this. We expected a huge spike in our monthly premium but we actually didn 't see one....

Only my second auto/home insurance company to have to deal with in my lifetime but I have been happy with my service and policies.

Auto insurance - moved to another state and changing the policy was more than easy.  The rep was very nice, very accommodating, and did all the work for me.  I literally just called in, told them I was moving, gave my new address and then got off the phone.

I have been with Progressive for many years now.  I even moved states with Progressive and found a good office to help me sign up for the proper coverage for my area.

I love the online ability to pay and change options too. 

I also like have the key chain with the number to call for accidents instead of whating until I get home.  (I'm just glad I haven't had to use it.)
