Progressive Review

They were my insurance company and also covered the driver of a vehicle that rear-ended me.
My son & I both went to the Chiropractor numerous times for whiplash. the agent who came to look at my vehicle, was a total rag, actually gave me two checks (written out for a pitifully low amount, and told me that one was to cover medical and the other for damages to my car. I had to call a supervisor to get the situation resolved.

About a month after the accident I received a nasty letter from the adjustor(the total rag) including pictures of my vehicle and basically accused me of fraud!!!!
I called a supervisor again, and I don't know how they handled the situation but I told him if she contacted me again, I would sue them for harassment and had to remind them numerous times, that they were also supposed to be MY insurance company and should start behaving that way.

Needless to say, I won't go with them any more.
