on a strict budget
Pros

    commercial auto is half the rate, 24 hour online account access, 24 hour claim access, Fast response by agents, consistent customer service

Cons
    May not be the cheapest rates available, Can be expensive

I was very happy with Progressive and would have stayed with them had I not found something cheaper. With the way the economy is going, every little bit helps. Their service has been nothing short of excellent and always quick to resolve any issues. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for quality car insurance if they weren't so worried about the next dollar.
