I have had Progressive for over 4 years have had 2 claims in that time they have always taken care of the claims and have not rasied the cost of my insurance. I did not think I could every say it has been a pleasure doing business with them. The insurance company I had before I had them for over 10 years and never filed a claim. My husband got in a really bad accident that was his fault not only did they raise my insurance they took forever to take care of the claim what is the reason for insurance if you cannot use them when you run in to some bad luck. You would think after haveing a company for that long they would not triple your rates
