I have used all of the big insurance names in my life anmd I have had problems with every one of them. Allstate booted us because two out of four family members received 1 speeding ticket each in one year. Nevermind that we had been with them for about 3 years. Geico refused to cover damage to my car after an unannounced Hurricane in Miami because it was an act of God, I can't really sue him can I? State Farm made me pay for repairs caused by an uninsured motorist because he already had a judgement from another accident that he hadn't paid. AIG never reimbursed me for excess of the deductible,out of pocket expenses paid for a windshield replacement. So Progressive is the worst of all evils and I believe truly the best coverage for the price. I like that they have dedicated places to go and get estimates and a clear idea of what they will cover
