Progressive — 

I am a high risk driver.  I got my license when i was 18 and had two accidents that year, none since then, but that's still pretty bad.  My original insurance company (State Farm) dropped me, and I got a lot of quotes before i settled in with Progressive.  They were the cheapest premium for the same coverage I had and that says a lot.  I have had no problems with this company and I find them to be well priced.
