Progressive Review

We have recently changed to Progressive and so far have been satisfied.  My son, on an icy driveway, a few months ago slid into the side of the garage leaving $1,000 worth of damage.  Progressive was prompt with the repair of the car, calling often to tell us at what stage the car was at repair wise, they offered a loaner car which we declined, and when we picked up the car, everything was perfectly fixed.  The car was also spotlessly clean in and out which was a nice added touch.  Our rates are not as low as some, but I feel you get what you pay for and we have nice cars that we want to keep nice.
