When we first switched to Progressive Insurance it was because they had the lowest rate that we could find. We have had them as our insurance company for our vehicles now for about eight years. They still offer the lowest premium prices, but what makes them even better is their customer service. When I was hit by an uninsured driver, there was no waiting. They still took care of the repairs for my van immediately (usually within a day or two). They are always polite, concerned, and eager to help find a way to lower your premium if they can.
Any claims that we have made have always been taken care of and paid for within days.
