I have had Progressive auto insurance for 7 years and I am totally satisfied. Progressive has really good prices that are competitive with other companies. The thing I like most is their superior customer service. Claims are handled quickly and proffesionally; the customer is treated with respect and really listened to. I have had a few minor claims and was totally satisfied with the way they were handled.Progrssive has a user friendly website where you can report a claim 24 hours a day to something as basic as checking for vehicle recalls. I would recommend Progressive to any one looking for auto insurance.
