Cons
    Non-responsive employees, Incompetent employees, Pushy claims agents, slow Roadside Assistance, Preliminary payout less than expected, May not be the cheapest rates available, Can be expensive, didn't like their service

 my experience with them, I am not satisfied with the service ...Allstate is the best  in terms of dealing with customers.! , they are supportive to you progressive doesnt care only care only about collecting your premium and will sue you for any reason when they pay a claim even though you are their client and the next thing you know, your premium is already increased or they drop you unlike in other company I've been with, . - They charge more than other company's too .
