Progressive Review

All I have to say is that the service that i received from Progressive was just incredible. I had been a long time customer of Nationwide, for over 15 years; never had any major problems. I did have my speeding ticket here and there, but never a major accident or anything like that. After fifteen years of being with them, I thought I was paying a little bit too much for my premium. So I called to see what they could do for me. They told me they couldn't do anything. They gave me a good explanation and I went on my way without thinking about it anymore.
One day I saw a comercial on tv. It was about car insurance. It was a Progressive comercial. So I went online, did a check price. Noticed that I was going to save a lot of money. Applied. And within two weeks I got rid of Nationwide, got Progressive on my side and a few hundred dollars back on my bank account.
Never spoke with a representative of Progressive, all was done online.
I should clarify that Nationwide was good to me. It was just too expensive for me.
So, I got into a car accident a couple of months after a sign up with Progressive. The very next day, my car was in the shop. I was treated with such respect that I felt like I hadn't done anything wrong in my entire life. Even thought the accident was my fault, the agents were so friendly and caring. They called me after I got my car back to make sure everything was done properly.
Impressive is all I have to say.
