Progressive auto insurance customer service is one of the best I'd ever call.  Usually customer service I would get someone who act as if it wasn't their job and I was bothering them.  I've been calling trying to get quotes to determine what car I would buy so I know how much it would go up, playing with zip codes to help me narrow it down where I would move.  They've been supportive all the way.
