So far, I love Progressive

paying cash, on a budget, an moderate investor, an aggressive saver
Pros

    cheap rate if u have driving violations, good rates for young drivers, 24 hour online account access, 24 hour claim access, affordable rates, Fast response by agents, consistent customer service

I switched to Progressive from State Farm earlier this year in January, and I have to say, the whole process with Progressive and signing up and getting a quote, was GREAT!  I did EVERYTHING online, and when I had a question to ask, I asked through their customer support form and got a response within 24 hours, all the time!  And the amount I saved was over $150!!  So far, I have no complaints with progressive!  Definately a insurance company to check out if your a first time shopper for insurance or if your thinking of switching!  :)
