Progressive —
I've had Progressive for 5 years now, and have never had a bad experience. The customer service is consistently outstanding. About a year ago I was in an accident (a semi truck hit and totaled my car). Progressive made a terrible experience into a pleasant one. In addition to a very helpful claims department, their complimentary concierge service assisted me in locating financing for my new car and found a wonderful VW dealer in my area. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Progressive has been...I highly recommend them to everyone.
