on a budget, a low risk investor, saving a little

    consistent customer service, cheap rate if u have driving violations, 24 hour online account access, through, affordable rates, 24 hour claim access, Fast response by agents

Just signed up for auto insurance with Progressive. They were very helpful, answered all my questions, and were by far the cheapest company I got quotes from! Don't know yet on claims. Hopefully I won't.
