Only my second auto/home insurance company to have to deal with in my lifetime but I have been happy with my service and policies.
Auto insurance - moved to another state and changing the policy was more than easy. The rep was very nice, very accommodating, and did all the work for me. I literally just called in, told them I was moving, gave my new address and then got off the phone.
Renter's insurance - cancelled the policy when I moved and kind of expected to get hasseled into transfering or by other means keeping the policy instead. So I was very happy to be wrong. Instead I simply called in, explained I was moving out of an apartment and did not have a home as yet, they cancelled the policy and told me the amount they would credit my bank account for the unused portion of the term.
What I have appreciated the most is talking to a very nice, English-speaking, intellegent rep every time I have called in. That alone has been worth my business.
