I have been with Progressive for over 3 years now, and have had no problems with them.  In the beginning, the auto insurance policy was pretty expensive, but after about a year with them, they cut our premium literally in half.  And that was after I had an accident-not at fault, but still it was an accident.  The claims rep was very nice, although not very communicative, but I like it better that way.  Premium payment options are fair and reasonable, and you get a discount if you pay in full for the policy period (ours is for 6 months).  In all, they are easy to work with, inexpensive, and hassle-free.
