I've had other companies cancel me for a couple of accidents. Progressive has not canceled me because of accidents. That's really important to me.
Also nice that they take care of all the details associated with accidents and repairs. I really like the idea of taking my car in, if it's drivable, and they get it to a shop for repairs. They even have rentals so I don't have to go to another location or wait around for someone to pick me up.
Changes are easy to make; when I buy a new car or want to drop coverage for my vehicle when it's too old to really be worth it. And those times when due date and pay date don't match up well, they will extend the due date for a week.
