Progressive Review

My fender-bender with a driver insured by Progressive converted me from State Farm.

I was rear-ended at a stoplight one morning and the driver at fault was insured with Progressive. After giving her my info, Progressive called me in short order and sent someone out that day to survey the damage. They arranged for me to go to the body shop and my car was in and out of there in two days, fixed perfectly!

I had expected major hassles dealing with someone else's insurance company, so I was very pleasantly surprised. This experience was the catalyst it took to get me to move from State Farm, where I had been for years. In addition, the rates were lower. Signing up online was a breeze, and I have never had any reason to switch.
