When it's raining, cold or you just do not feel like taking your kids out for a walk/run, using a treadmill to me is the best thing ever! I can run/walk when I want. Pause if I need to tend to my children. I can watch TV, watch something on the computer or ever read a book on the built in stand on my Proform Crosswalk Treadmill!! Proform has many different speeds you can adjust when you just feel like lightly walking. Then when you are ready, you can pick up the speed to your ability! You are able to incline and lower whenever you want. There are many different programs you can walk or run too....

When I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, my doctor recommended daily, low impact exercise. After my youthful years, I became more sedentary, and exercising was not one of my priorities. Proform StrideSelect 600
I first looked into buying this machine on HSN over two years ago. I didn't end up purchasing it at the time, because of the reviews that the current customers posted. However, I became desperate to have some sort of physical fitness activity in my very busy worklife that kept me from the gym and I succumbed to the desperation; I purchased this machine in the earlier part of this year and don't regret it at all! It's sturdy, quiet and very easy to operate.
The StrideSelect 600 is perfect for a quick 20-minute workout before or after work...or a longer workout when you feel you need more of a pick-me-up...
