I purchased the Proform 750 treadmill at Sears two years ago. Since then I managed to use it approximately 4 days per week. The other days I lift weights to vary the workout. After several months I was able to incorporate the power incline feature with minimal stress. The power incline can be elevated in degrees so as to make the transition of walking/jogging uphill gradual. This adds much to the aerobic action of the body and can be felt almost immediately.
