I purchased the Proform 750 treadmill at Sears two years ago. Since then I managed to use it approximately 4 days per week. The other days I lift weights to vary the workout. After several months I was able to incorporate the power incline feature with minimal stress. The power incline can be elevated in degrees so as to make the transition of walking/jogging uphill gradual. This adds much to the aerobic action of the body and can be felt almost immediately. After several minutes at 2 to 4 degrees incline I lower the angle back to level horizontal and continue my walk/jog until done. Usually I spend from 15 to 30 minutes on my Proform 750 per workout. The only problem I encountered was that the speed control buttons stopped working smoothly after 1 year. They will still work but require repeated pushes on the button to get a response. If it was still under warranty I would have it fixed but such is not the case so I live with it the way it is. There are several pre-programmed workouts available or you can customize your own. The LED display is excellent and can be set with different colors to please the eye. The treadmill comes with special shock absorbtion technology which takes the strain out of the pounding the body may receive from such exercise. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my Proform 750 and I highly recommend it to anyone.
