I have had this machine for almost a year.  I love my elliptical however, I have had it repaired more times than I can count and am very dissatisfied with the Sears repair center as I have lost more days from work and money as I am self employed waiting for them to not show up.  Or they show up but... review »

Proform xp 110 gets the job done

Proform XP 110 is a pretty good elliptical machine.  It has four different interval workouts, ranging from 20 minutes to 45 minutes.  You burn a lot of calories using these interval workouts.  You can also choose to do your own workout by changing to resistance to your liking and determine how long you will stay on the elliptical.  You can also change to the stride on this elliptical.  It come with a water bottle holder and also a pulse calculator.  This elliptical also lets you know how many carbs you have burn off during your workout.  I really enjoy using this elliptical.  I feel like...

This elliptical is good for home use, i really enjoyed this machine in the comfort of my home. Its works great not as powered as the big ones at the gym but very good. It gets the job done.
