We recently bought a Pro-Form Crosstrainer 5.0. It has a lot of preset workouts to do. They have a wide range of workouts that help you work up to running for a long time at a fast pace. I t has a fan on the front of it which is a great feature for the tough workouts. Within a month the treadmil stopped incling. We called cutomer service and they had a recording that said, "Due to high call volumes, there are not any customer service representatives available." I  think I called 12 times that day without getting any answers or a live person to talk to. My husband ending up calling the sales department and the guy said customer service had been slow all day, and it took him like 2 minutes to tell us how to fix the problem. I wasn't impressed at all. Kind of looked like customer service didn't feel like working that day. It would have been nice to put more troubleshooting issues in the manual. Overall, I love the treadmill, but customer service... not so much.
