This is for the proform 600 S..I noticed on some peoples comments their machine only had 2 preset workouts. Mine has 4 preset workouts and includes hand weights with a place to put them on the actual machine. I had my doubts about a machine that would "fold" but if it really worked then I was willing to give it a shot since I have VERY limited space in my apartment. Rent in New York is ridiculous but space in New York is something of a dream. This machine is actually a dream, my dream machine. I get a fantastic workout and I never get bored when using the different workouts on the machine. I had never really used those things before because I didn't know how to work them but the preset workouts are a great way to improve your stamina and workout level because it pushes you to change it up. The service from Bayou Fitness was excellent by the way. I spilled coffee all over the instruction manual and couldn't read it to save my life. Bayou Fitness immediately over nighted me another one.
