Proform Treadmills Review

I initially purchased my ProForm Treadmill 5 years ago when I had back surgery.  I was told that walking was not only my best exercise but it would help in my recuperation.  My treadmill has many features such as inclines, speed adjustment, heart and pulse rate.  It also shows calories burned and fat calories burned.  It also came with three different weight hand weights and you can do programmable routines.  Although I don't use it as often as I should, it really comes in handy when I have the urge to burn a few calories when the weather is bad.  My one and only complaint is that is was very costly.  I feel that the quality is very good however, I do feel that it was overpriced.  I'm not sure if I had bought straight from the manufacturer the price would be better or not.  All in all, the ProForm Treadmill is a very good product and my grandchildren have hours of fun on it.  Unfortunately, they seem to use it more than me.  My overall satisfaction of this product is that it is a very good product.
