I gave this tredmill an excellent review because it is easy to use, and is sturdy. I was able to lose a lot of weight because I used it freqeuntly. This tredmill has no cons to it. It's affordable and easy to use. If you keep using it on a consistent basis, you will lose weight and overall become more healthier.
