the proform is an awesome machine. I can hook it up to my computer. It goes where I go. It is compact, yet sturdy. I use it every day. It was not expensive and it works wonders! I got this for my birthday and I really feel like it has saved my life. SInce using it I have lost 100 pounds. even my daughter who is 13 uses it almost on a daily basis!
