The Proform Treadmill is an excellent choice. It is easy to toggle between speeds without loosing pace. It's high tech and very durable. The programs allow you to have a wide variety of choices to switch things up day by day. It is al so very quiet so when you are running on it, it does not sound like a stampede of horses. I love it!
