Good value, not for the mechanically inept

    There is no pause option.

For the price, the treadmill is great quality for two people using it. It wouldn't hold up to 10+ hours of use a day in a gym but for the 10 hours a week we use it it is fine.

Assembly was a challenge, some holes did not readily line up and had to coax a few parts together.
