Proform Treadmills —
I use this treadmill about six to seven times a week for about an hour or more each time. It's smooth so I can walk, listen to music and read a book so I'm multi tasking on the treadmill With such a busy schedule it's hard to find time to get to a gym every day so I have the treadmill in the basement and I can walk or run in about the same amount of time that it takes me to get to the gym and back home.
