This is a wonderful treadmill.  It is easy to use.  It has six preset programs to chose from depending on how much time you have and how many calories you would like to burn.  It also has the IFIT.  Some even come with a couple of the programs to get you started. It is also mp3 compatible with a cable included so you can set it up right away. The speakers are nice and loud, stereo quality letting you run and be able to hear your favorite song well.  The fan is very nice with 2 different speeds, High and Low.  It keeps you cool and is quiet to run.  I enjoy the 2 drink holders.  I can put my drink in one side and my cell phone or remote to the tv in the other.  Very easy to fold up as well.  It is heavy so it might take 2 people to move.  The tredbelt is roomy giving you plenty of room to run.  It has 10 adjustable heights and 10 adjustable speeds so you can really maximize your workout routine.
